Write the point-slope form of an equation of the line that is perpendicular to y=-2x-5 and has the same y-intercept as 2x+y=5.

So, I can't figure out what the point-slope form is but I can find the slope-intercept form which is y=1/2x+5 and I hope that's correct. I only remember how to find the point-slope form if I have a point, but I don't have a point here, and now I'm just confused.

Thank you for whoever is going to help me with this question.
