C = 4m = 2S, S= 2m
Temptation is to say Chen is twice Son's age and say 2x29 = 58, but that's not true.
There may be a typo, as what "m" is, is not clear. 4 months? No, you can't have a son at 4 months old. Maybe given an Asian name, "m" stands for something in a Chinese or Japanese calendar unit? but let it just be a variable, unknown. Still m probably > 5. Most don't have kids before age 20 or so.
Let's say it is 5, then Son is 10 and Chen is 20 now. when Son becomes 29, that's 19 years later, so Chen becomes 20+19 = 39.
Chen is 4m+ (29-2m) = 2m+29 when Son is 29
Mr. Chen is 2m+29 years old when Son = 29.
