So, the representative sample has 10 wings, 8 of which are hot.
If we now are estimating for a group of 100 wings, we just need to understand how much larger the new group is. 100 wings divided by the sample 10 wings is 10.
100/10 = 10
So, now you just multiply the number of hot wings (8) by the multiplier of 10 that we got by dividing.
8 hot wings x 10 = 80, there is an estimated 80 hot wings in a group of 100 wings
