In this case, we would not be looking for any x since we're dealing with a greater than. Instead, we'll need a range of x-values that can work
For example, x = 40 would be included in our range since 40 - 16 = 26 which is greater than 8
It's a similar idea to solving x - 16 = 8. Since we have -16, we can get rid of it by adding 16 to both sides instead. Then we would have x is greater than 8 + 16 = 24
So our answer would be x is greater than 24
