f'(x) = (5/6)3x^-1/6 + (2/3)7x^-1/3 = 5/2(x^1/6) + 14/(3x^1/3)
the derivative short cut rule is take the exponent and make it a part of the coefficient, then reduce the exponent by 1
6/7 - 1 = - 1/7 which can be 1/7 if you move the x term to the denominator
2/3 - 1 = -1/3 which can be 1/3 if you move the x term to the denominator
5/6 times 3 = 5/2
2/3 times 7 = 14/3
