Need some help, been a while for me

A woman needed to figure out the number of park benches that should be built for each of 8 parks in a new suburb. She decides that the number of park benches that will be built for each park will depend on the size of the park in relation to the other parks in the suburb. 1 park is twice the size of each of 5 parks and of equal size to 2 other parks. What is the minimum number of park benches that need to be built?
