common ordered pairs to graph a line are the x and y intercepts
1-3x = y or -3x =y-1 or x = -y/3 +1/3 x intercept = constant term = 1/3
y intercept = 1, the point (0, 1)
x intercept is when y=0 x= 1/3 the point (1/3, 0)
plot the two points, the 2 intercepts. connect them with a straight line and extend it in both directions forever.
ordered pairs on the graph include the two intercepts and also any (x,y) = (x, 1-3x) or (-y/3 + 1/3, y)
plug in any value for x or y
