I need help. I cant understand how to figure out if the result of a Multiplied Rational Expression can be defined as y=0? I am using Khan Academy but the wording they use is just confusing

Here is the question:

4/5y^3 / 1/12y^6

For the result to be equivalent to the original expression, can it be defined as y=0?
