You left the x out of your equation. I'm guessing it's:

y = 1.78·e^1.32x

where x is the number of years since 2010, so in 2015, x= 2015-2010 = 5. Plug x=5 into the equation and use your calculator to get the answer (in millions). That's all there is to it.
