(20+L)L = 5825

L^2 + 20L = 5825

L^2 + 20L + 100 = 5925

(L+10)^2 = 5925

L+10 + sqr5925 = about 77

L = 67 feet

W = 87 feet

67x87 = 5829

length is slightly less than 67 feet

width is slightly less than 87 feet
