Piano key broken

It is sticking up and I don’t know how to fix it

I accidentally pulled up it up too hard

There could be a few reasons for this. If the key will not return on it's own the action may have been damaged. It might be a simple fix or more complicated. If you don't have experience with fixing pianos I'd highly suggest not attempting to fix it yourself. Please hire a qualified and experienced piano technician and have him take a look.
