C=H-18
H=C+18
H-7 = 2(C-7) = 2C -14
H = 2C-7
C+18 =2C-7
C =25 years old for Cesar now
Haley = 25+18 = 43
check the answer
43-7=2(25-7)
36 = 2(18) = 36
