Is this information below what you need to know?
If you mean the dimensions that would cover the largest area where the area is Length*Width then you could take your combinations for the Perimeter and apply them correctly to the formula for the area of a rectangle to see which ones yield the largest area.
P = 2L + 2W where L is the Length and W is the Width
Area of a Rectangle is L*W
P = 2L + 2W = 44
You can divide both sides of the equation above by 2
L + W = 22
