This polynomial is a perfect square.
x2+8x+16=1
(x+4)2=1 [This is the factored form of the original polynomial]
x+4=+/- sqrt(1) [You have to include the +/- because both 12 and (-1)2 equal 1]
x=-4+/-1
x=-3,-5
