y=mx+b

y=(-10/7)x + b, plug in either point and solve for b = y intercept

5=(-10/7)(-2) + b

b = 5 -20/7 = 35/7 - 20/7 = 15/7

y = (-10/7)x + 15/7 or

7y =-10x + 15

10x +7y = 15
