divide by 200
.15 + x = 2y
x = 2y -.15 where y = desired percent of mixture and x = desired percentage of what you mix 15% with
for example, if you want a mixture of 20$ then what percentage should you mix 15% with?
x = 2(.2) -.15 = .4 -.15 = .25 = 25%
