divide everything by 3 to get
2x+y=0 and you probably meant to have -3x+3y = 9 so that's -x+y=3
y=-2x and y=3+x
-2x =3+x
x =-1, y=-2
(-1,2) is the solution, the point of intersection of 6x+3y=0 and -3x+3y=9
IF you really meant -3y+3y=9, that's the same as 0=9 which is impossible
