If you have to round to the nearest whole number, then it rounds down to 0.
If you have to round to the nearest quarter, then it rounds up to 0.25 or 1/4.
If you have to round to the nearest tenth, it is 0.2 or 2/10
If this was the question, there is actually no rounding involved because 1/5 equals exactly 0.2 or 2/10
