4M + 3S = 87

multiply 1st by 2 and subtract

4M + 8S = 152

minus

4M + 3S = 87

gives

5S = 65

S = 65/5 = 13

S has 13 carbs

2M = 76 -4S = 76 - 52 = 24

M = 24/2 = 12

M has 12 carbs
