x+y = 544-n
n=(1-0.3)(x+y)= .7(544-n) = .7(544) - .7n
1.7n = .7(544)
n = .7(544)/1.7 = 7(544)/17 = 7(32) = 224
n = 224
x+y = 544-224 = 320
30% of 320 = .3(320 = 96
320 -96 = 224 = n
