The main trick to the procedure is once you get an equation for the area of a regular polygon in terms of n,r and sin(θ) is to find an expression for n. From a previous step you found θ as a function of n. Solve for n and substitute that into the polygon area formula and then take the limit. And voilà, you have πr2.
