I need help with my resume. Hardest part is wording to turn background into experience history.

This is the summary at the beginning of my resume. "A goal driven laborer who has the ability and commitment to work hard and build strong relationships with others. Graduated early from high school and went into construction as a Framers Apprentice for roughly six months then completed first year of college at ******* Community College. Of Hispanic decent, as a result, have multiple close bonds with friends and family. Willing to work in order to build skills and experience. Good communication and problem-solving skills that can assist team members in and around the work place." I don't have "formal" job history but I do have job experience, if that makes sense.
