Draw the graph of a function that satisfies  f(x) ≥ 0 on (−2, 3) and f(x) < 0 on (−∞, −2),  f '(x) > 0 on (−∞, 0) ∪ (2, 3) and f' (x) < 0 on (3, ∞),  f(x) has inflections points at x = −2 and x = 1,   f(x) has a vertical asymptote x = 3 and horizontal asymptotes at y = −2 and y = 1
