Putting a fraction into standard form

So, I have to put (2x-1)/7=8y into standard form, and I'm incredibly confused.

one standard form is the slope y-intercept equation

solve for y

multiply by 7 to get

56y= 2x-1

divide by 56 to get

y = (1/28)x - 1/56

1/28 is the slope (nearly flat) and -1/56 is the y intercept, where the line crosses the y-axis, almost the origin.

It's graphically a line nearly the same as the x axis, altho rising a little more, and slightly below the origin for the y intercept.
