I have an eating disorder. I fluctuate in weight so much. What is my true weight and can I really gain or lose much weight in a week?
Recently I’ve been fasting for days, up to 5 or 6 sometimes and “losing” weight. For instance, i fasted didn’t eat anything for 5 days and was at about 114 pounds, and then I ate every day for the week following that, over-eating often too, and I am at 128. Have I gained that much fat this week? What do I really weigh and how much can change in 1 week? I know this is unhealthy by the way and I am trying to work on it, but currently am feeling very upset by my weight and feel out of control. Thank you!
