Did you just recently replace your video card? If you have, you might have to replace your power supply as well. The new video card might require more power when running graphics intensive programs such as video games and movies, while online videos don't require as much power to play.

Replacing a power supply is relatively easy, but if you are unsure of how to do it, take your computer to a reputable pc repair shop in your area (check reviews online before you go). They will be able to diagnose the exact problem with your pc. I would suggest taking it to multiple repair shops before any repairs are done. Like anything else, it never hurts to get a second opinion! Just make sure you don't jump into anything you're not comfortable with! If you feel uneasy about anything, remember its your computer and don't let them do any repairs without your approval! Best of luck and I hope everything goes well!
