Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
P(x) = a(x+1)(x-4)^2
-6.4 =16a
a = -6.4/16= -.4
P(x) = -.4(x+1)(x^2 -8x +16)
= -0.4(x^3 -7x^2 +8x +16)
= -.4x ^3 +2.8x^2 -3.2x -6.4
