the top of a triangle is 2x° the bottom left is x° and the bottom right is (x+8)° the sum of the angle measures 180° find the angle measures of the triangle and explain.

2x + x +8 + C= 180

3rd angle C= 180-3x-8 = 172-3x

the 3 angles are

x+8, 2x and 172-3x

if it's a right triangle with C=90, then 90 = 172-3x

3x = 82, x =27 1/3, 2x =54 2/3, x+8 = 35 1/3

the 3 angles

= 35 1/3, 54 2/3 and 90
