Teacher didnt really explain this problem very well to me so can i get another breakdown

The point P(12,10) lies on the curve y=5/x. If  is the point (x,5/x), find the slope of the secant line PQ for the following values of .

If x=0.6, the slope of PQ is:

Also a secant touches a curve at two points. You need to add a diagram your point as given does not appear to lie on 5/x. Have you seen graph 5/x.
