I will assume you can use whatever numbers you want and that ALL the operations
are required at least once
(1+4)^2 + (10-3) + 3*4/2 =
5^2 + 7 + 3*4/2 =
25 + 7 + 3*4/2 =
25+7+12/2 =
25+7+6 =
32+6 =
38
