h(x)=2x3rd+3x2nd+4x+3 find the value of h(-2)
h(-2) = (2)(-2)^3 + (3)(-2)^2 + (4)(-2) + 3
= (2)(-8) + (3)(4) + (-8) + 3
= -16 + 12 - 8 + 3
= - 4 -8 + 3
= - 12 + 3
= - 9
ANSWER: h(-2) = -9
