Math word problem

There are 3 consecutive integers. Double the sum of the first and second number is equal to 16 plus triple the third number.

correction......4x+2 = 16 + 3x + 6....subtact 2 from both sides....subtract 3x from both sides...we have X=20......so we have 20, 21, 22...check your work.....2(20+20+1) = 16 + 3 (20 + 2).......82 = 82...that checks...
