The value of 123. The one is in the Hundreds value slot, the 2 is in the Tens value slot, and the 3 is in the Ones value slot. And this can go one depending how many numbers you have.

So for the first number, 5, 462. The 5 is in the Thousands spot, 4 in the Hundreds, 6 in the Tens, and 2 in the Ones.

Second number is 2, 341. 2 in the Thousands, 3 in the Hundreds, 4 in the Tens, and 1 in the Ones.
