Morgan,
you need to know the diameter of the pulley on the auger and since the auger is to turn at 800 rpm's it has to be 4.625 times (3700/800) bigger than the 3.5 inch pulley on the motor or 16.1875" .Now you have two circles (pulleys) whose centers are 32" apart. All you have to do is calculate where the belt contacts each pulley and add the lengths.
