Cot(x) = cos(x)/sin(x)
This function is undefined for infinitely many points in the real number system, specifically any time sin(x)=0 which occurs for any integer n at x = nπ. If n is 0 you get x=0 so yes that is one value where cot(x) is undefined. Big question is what domain you are restricted to. For example, if on [0,π), zero is the only value in that interval where cot(x) is undefined.
