slope = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
slope intercept form y - y1 = m(x-x1)
(x1,y1) = (8,-5)
(x2, y2) = (3,4)
slope = (4-(-5))/(3-8) = 9/(-5).= -9/5
y-(-5)=(-9/5)(x-8)
y+5=-9x/5+72/5
y=-9x/5 + 72/5 -5 = -9x/5 +72/5 -25/5=-9x/5+47/5
y=-1.8x+9.4
