To answer this question, you need to convert the equation into slope-intercept format.
That format is:
y = Mx + b
where M is the slope, and b is the y-intercept.
So as you can see, your equation is already pretty close to that! You just need to distribute (multiply) the 2/3 into the two parts of your equation in parentheses. Once you do that, just read off what M and b are and you're all set.
