Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
d - 126 miles
k = a + 9 mph
t = 6 hours
how fast were K and A traveling?? what do k and a =?
126/6 = 21 mph average speed
maybe try 21+/-9/2 = 25 1/2 and 16 1/2 mph divided by 2?
k = 12.75 mph a = 8.25 mph nope that's not right as k then doesn't = 9 mph more
k + a = 21
k - a = 9
2k =30
k = 15, a =6
15 mph and 6 mph
6x15 +6x6 = 96 +36 = 126 miles
