y₁ = -9

x₂ = 0

y₂ = 2

Plug in the numbers and get m. Once you know m and one point, you can write the equation in point slope form:

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

You can also use

y - y₂ = m(x - x₂)

Both equations describe the same line in point slope form.
