the people working there decided its probably easier to say he never was there in the first place sense he has no family or next of kin so they burn his files and erase all history of him

recently he’s caught and it’s proven that they were guilty of hiding evidence up above

Title 13 of U.S Code 371 Conspiracy stipulates that two or more persons that commit an offense against United States or agency for any purpose or act to effect the act of conspiracy can be fined or imprisoned for five years or less. Conspiracy offense (civil or criminal) attracts the punishment on its own. In this case, there was an intent to commit an illegal act exist. The members involved achieved the desired goal – target offense (see Whitfield v. United States 453 U.S 209 (2005).
