    Working together, two man can harvest a field in 4 hours. One can harvest the same field in 6 hours less time than the second can alone. Find the time it takes for each man working alone to complete the harvest.

working alone the slower guy does it in 12 hours, and faster guy in 6 hours

1/6 + 1/12 = 3/12 = 1/4
