These should be put over a common denominator to determine which are less or greater. Once they have a common denominator, you only need to look at the numerators
The common denominator for all of these is 16
7/8 (2/2) = 14/16
3/8 (2/2) = 6/16
3/16 = 3/16 (Don't need to do anything)
1/2(8/8) = 8/16
3/8 and 3/16 are less than 1/2
7/8 is greater than 1/2
