As written, neither is correct.
1) Tells you nothing about x or y. It is fair to say that x = 0, y = 0 is *a* solution of 0x+0y = 0. But all values of x and y are solutions of 0x+0y = 0.
2) (-1; 2; 4) does not satisfy 2x - z = 2.
