Under the current Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) employers must provide protection for employees. In order to enhance positive work environment, employees have an important role to play. As a worker, you can make great progress discouraging safety violations. Take reasonable care of your team by collaborating to achieve company vision and group goals. Track your injuries and avoid unsafe work conditions. By doing this, you indirectly are generating a safe worksite for fellow co-workers.  Lastly, prevent verbal abuse or embarrassment of fellow workers
