The GIS development is usually managed by a GIS Coordinator or manager, who oversees the work of an individual or team of developers who create rich interactive data visualizations with technologies such as ArcGIS APIs and SDKs in 2D or 3D. These "GIS Developers" usually have multiple skills such as coding, programming, application development.
