You do not need to enroll any courses to extract information from GEE. You just need to know basic Java Script or Python. There are sample code in GEE documentation for data processing and extraction. There are several library in Python such as geemap, ee etc. You can use these libraries to do whatever you want. You will find plenty of documentation about these libraries in internet.
