Alaa, reread the problem carefully. :) Diego is clearly going faster because he is traveling more miles than Linis in the same amount of time. You would certainly have figured this fairly obvious one out, but students often read too quickly and miss the simple stuff! Remember while taking the SAT that no matter how short you are on time, speed reading/skimming will NOT help! You will miss the obvious and get problems wrong that you could easily have gotten correct. It happens to the best students. Also I hope you were not confused by the “constant speed” part. It just means both are traveling continuously at their respective speeds. As opposed to sometimes 15 mph and sometimes 30 mph and averaging at the given speeds. Just ignore the “constant speed” if you see that on any further problems- our brains already assume constant speeds when we are told speeds and it just confuses people when it’s specifically stated.
