3:4:5 is just a ratio, those are not lengths of the triangle. Knowing the longest side being 14.39, we can devide 14.39 by 5 to find out ow many cm is 1/5:

14.39 : 5 = 2.878

to find the perimeter: Add all three rations: 3+4+5=12

12 x 2.878 = 34.54 cm
