the width of the deck d is added to each side of the square...
so the area is (S+d)^2 where S is the measure of the side of the square shaped pool
if d=12 then the area becomes (S+12)^2
the volume is then 5(S+d)^12. Since 1 gallon fills 0.134 cubic feet, then
5(S+d)^2 / 0.134 gallons are needed...
the final cost is $1.50*5(S+d)^2/ 0.134 = 57.95(s+d)^2
