I'm not sure what the question is here, but I can spot a part of the information that is puzzling.
If Eliza is driving TOWARD Cleveland, her distance from Cleveland would not be INCREASING. The information given that the slope is +20 miles/hr is not consistent with Eliza getting closer to zero miles from Cleveland, as it should. If Eliza is actually driving TOWARD Cleveland, a NEGATIVE slope would make more sense. Also, moving at 20 miles/hr, she is not going to get there soon.
An hour (h-intercept) of 800 hours would show that she is 800 hours away at the start of the trip.
That is unlikely. I would think it more likely that the graph has a vertical "hours" axis and horizontal "distance" axis just as described. It would make more sense if the distance intercept (d-intercept) were 800 miles.
The slope and intercept are puzzling. With more information, the problem should be simple to explain. The problem illustrates the parts of linear equations " y = mx + b " well.
